Per Event Repair Service Offer provides repair or replacement of your faulty or damaged Field Replacement Units (FRUs) if you do not have a current contract with CST or require repair that is outside the scope of your contract including advanced parts shipment and return-to-factory. Repair services are product dependent and may not be available for all products.

Multiple levels of repair services including 5-day and Next Business Day advanced parts shipment, as well as 10 and 20-day return-to-factory.

Provides repair service options if you do not have a current contract with CST or require repair that is outside the scope of your current contracted agreement.
